3. How long do I have to wait for my purchase to be delivered?
- After purchased, your order will be shipped within 5-10 days
-After the purchase has been shipped, you will be able to receive the details of the delivery on your membership account/track on our website.
4. Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied with it?
-Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Erina's Boutique, you can apply for a return within 15 days after receiving your order. We will not be accepting any returns after the 15 days.
5. How do I return my purchase?
-Please send an email or a message to our Customer Service Team, specifying the items to be returned, and the reason for returning the items.
-Additionally, please provide the customer service the tracking number of the return package.
6. Is there a return labeling service?
-We do not provide return labeling services. The customer has to contact their own delivery services to send the packages to our designated address.
7. Can I leave the package at my doorstep and wait for the delivery man to come and collect it?
-No, the address on the package that customers receive is not our official return address. Please use the return address provided by our Customer Service Team when returning a package.
